3. Materials
We help you pick, or you source your own. Your call. We’ll point you to showrooms we trust.
4. Build
We show up when we say we will, work clean, and keep you in the loop. Daily cleanup included.
5. Final Walkthrough
We don’t leave until you’re ready to use the space. If something’s off, we fix it before we go.
6. After
Workmanship warranty. Something comes up a year later, call us. We’re not going anywhere.

Do you offer design services?
We work with local architects and designers we trust, or we can bring your own. If you have plans already, we’ll build from those.
How long does a custom home take?
Most custom homes run 7-12 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size, finish level, and weather. We give you a timeline up front and keep you updated weekly.
Can you build on my land?
Yes. We’ll walk the site, check what prep is needed (clearing, grading, utilities), and give you a full scope before anything starts.
How do payments work?
Draws tied to milestones (foundation, framing, dry-in, finish). Everything in writing, up front, before we start.
Do you work with construction lenders?
Yes. We’ve worked with local banks that offer construction-to-perm loans. We can recommend who to talk to.
