We help you pick, or you source your own. Your call. We’ll point you to showrooms we trust.
4. Build
We show up when we say we will, work clean, and keep you in the loop. Daily cleanup included.
5. Final Walkthrough
We don’t leave until you’re ready to use the space. If something’s off, we fix it before we go.
6. After
Workmanship warranty. Something comes up a year later, call us. We’re not going anywhere.

Fences & Siding FAQ
Which fence material lasts the longest?
Vinyl is the longest-lasting with no maintenance (25-30+ years). Cedar lasts 15-20 if sealed every few years. Pressure-treated pine comes in cheaper but needs more upkeep. We’ll talk through what fits your yard and budget.
Will you handle my HOA submission?
Yes. We can prep the drawings, material specs, and photos your HOA needs for approval, and submit on your behalf if they allow it.
Do you remove the old fence or siding?
Yes. Teardown, haul-off, and disposal are included. We clean up end of day and leave the site tidy.
How long does a full siding job take?
Most single-family homes run 1-2 weeks depending on size, wrap, and whether we’re doing trim and soffit at the same time.
What’s your warranty?
Workmanship warranty on everything we install. Material warranty follows the manufacturer (siding products carry long warranties built in).
