We’re looking for a trim carpenter who takes pride in clean, tight joints and dead-level reveals. If you can hang a door right the first time and your coped miters sit flush without caulk doing the work, we want to talk.
You’ll be running finish work on remodels and new builds across the Shoals: casings, baseboards, crown, built-ins, doors, windows, and the finish details that make a job feel done.
Skills We Need
- Door and window install
- Finish carpentry
- Reading plans and specs
- Trim work (crown, baseboards, casing)
Tools You'll Need
- Basic hand tools (hammer, tape, speed square, utility knife)
- Cordless drill and impact driver
- Miter saw
- Nail gun (framing or finish)
- Reliable transportation
- Tool belt and bags
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must be 18 years or older
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Show up on time, every day
- Valid driver's license
